Can exP break accsess arrangements at such short notice?

Basically hes just told kids that he cant see them next week cos hes got something on....In reality He's going abroad with his new partner.

Hes not told me officially but ive found out. Im fuming!!! Can he just swan off like that?

Unfortunately yes he can, you can't force him to turn up for contact.

Thanks....I just feel sorry for DCs....we struggle all year to make ends meet. Its just so unfair on them.

Yes I can see that now i'm calmer....It just gets to me cos he says hes no money all the time to them well no wonder!! Hes been saving up for a couple of weeks in the sun. NOB! ( lets off steam )
