Hello

When I was a child I witnessed domestic violence against my mother by my stepfather.

Does anyone know where I can specific help to talk about this? It's been on my mind a lot lately.

Thanks

Hi Sunny, I don't know specifically, but didn't want to leave your question unanswered. I guess a DV charity would help (Woman's Aid perhaps?)
Someone else may come along soon with better advice.x

How about talking to your GP and seeing if you can be referred for counselling?

Have you thought about getting the advice of Womens Aid on this?

They are fairly specialised in this field.
