Men and the toilet

Why are men so irritating when it comes to the toilet?

Why do they:

a) take so long when going for a number 2? seriously...what is it that keeps them in there for half an hour+??

b) Why does there poo always smell so much worse?

and finally.... why do they go to the toilet, spend half an hour in there and then come out warning people to "leave it for half an hour or so..." when they know full well that other people in the house are waiting to use the bathroom??

It really winds me up.

I rather suspected my comment would be taken that way actually.
My dh has exemplary toiletting habits but does go late at night rather than in the morning which i find perplexing.
The worst was an old (note the 'old' part) boyfriend who would have a fag to get his bowels stirring then depart with great ceremony.
Come to think of it,he used to answer his mobile on the bog.
