I work with a really lovely man and we have really hit it off in the last few months. I have known him for years but never felt anything towards him until recently. Mainly becauase I didnt know him very well I guess. Nothing major has ever happened between us although he was a bit groppy at the christmas party but I think he likes me and I definately like him. I flirt with him all the time and he is very flirty with me.
I texted him yesterday to wish him a merry christmas and he still hasn't replied to me 
. Am I reading too much into it? Should I let it go?
