That is it basically. We need help and I think an intermediary would help. Babysitters is difficult though. DH is very private, so if we asked friends, he would not be happy disclosing why - it would be awkward. We have no family locally.

So do any of the established places (Relate et al) offer couselling in your own home? If not does anyone know how I would find an independent... we are in Scotland, big city.

Why do you have to tell babysitters where you're going? Or maybe your branch of Relate has a creche...
