Single for 5 years and need help!

I am a single parent since befrore my dd2 was born 4 1/2years ago. In that time I have had not even a kiss. I have started to have feelings for somone I work with.As far as I know he is single, we get on very well and are quite flirty.
BUT I don't think a relationship with him would work (like the sex idea tho' ).
Can someone tell me what to do

Not at work til MOn but did see him today in town,but very stressed at the time only said hello.
Have just phoned him need someone to sign my passport so it had to be him but didn't get any more 'chat' really!

at least youve got the embarassment bit over and done with out of the office! his bloody loss, silly fool. he'l prob come running over the next few months and you'l be thinking 'no thankyou, wot on earth did i see in you'. your hormones went a bit mad didnt they glad you ok
