Embarrasing sex question

Do multiple orgasms exist? Or does it just mean it's taking a while to climax?

I'm asking because if they do, then I experienced my first recently at age 36. It felt like I had about three orgasms in a row. If they don't exist then maybe I've been kidding myself in the past.

Sorry really embarrassed about asking this but don't know who else to ask.

It's definately possible to have multiple orgasms from the clit only. I know nothing about the other two kinds.

OK: how to have a multiple:

take everything very very slowly and gently. Then when at not quite the point of no return, but just before that, stop for about 5 seconds, then start again even more calmly, try and get less and less stimulation. (sorry for embarrassed people!). So giving less and less stimulation the closer you get to o. Should give you a multiple!
Sorry again to more delicate types, but it is worth it! Ps think it is more clitoral...
