DH has zero libido. He has high cholestorol. Quite possibly linked but he has always had a low desire.

We haven't had sex for weeks and the last couple of times his penis wasn't mega hard. I am being understanding as both of us are knackered anyway with work/children but I vere between feeling frustrated as he is gorgeous and I want to shag him and being worried he is really ill. He has seen the doctor which is how we found out he had high C but nothing is happening with the GP. DH is eating foods to try and lower his C.

Has he had his testosterone levels checked? That can cause floppiness.

He needs ginseng and gingko and pure pomegranate juice or pomegranate supplements. High cholesterol will have a bad effect on his circulation so all the things I've mentioned will help.

He is fed up and sad too. He feels tired all the time too. He is easting things to try and bring down his cholestorel but nothing has changed as yet. I have said he needs to go back to the doctor but he hasn't been able too this week. I miss us Sad.

Has he had his thyroid checked? Low thyroid hormones can cause high cholesterol and tiredness, weight gain etc, as well as knackering the libido.

sadandconcerned · 20/02/2012 09:58

He had bloods done but can't recall thyroid. I will make sure that is done next time he goes. I would be sad if we never had sex again but my main concern is that he has some kind of illness.
