My partner has the most annoying habits, some I actually find sexist and offensive but I dont know if Im just being uptight!

He goes to kiss me and then licks my face , he knows I cant stand this, I hate it and have told him so. I think it's disgusting and it makes me feel sick but he still does it.

Sometimes he will come up to me and say "beep beep" whilst squeezing my boobs as if they're horns. It probably sounds funny but I find it so bloody annoying and patronising.

he throws my clothes on the floor if he's getting into bed and they're on the bed. He makes himself a cup of tea without offering to make me one too. He asks me to make him a cup of tea in a morning whilst he's laid there dozing and ALWAYS lets it go cold and then leaves it there to get knocked over. Last time we took my son swimming he went off to the cafe to get himself a sandwich without offering to get me or my other son (who was watching) one.

He's really winding me up lately, would any of this annoy you or am I being petty??

"A lot of people I have spoken to say alot of blokes are like this but surely Im not the only one that finds it intollerable?"

Puddleduck

A lot of blokes are like this?. Who exactly are these people you have spoken to?. From the comments made to your good self on this issue by fellow Mumsnetters all without exception are saying that this behaviour of his is awful.

A further question is directed at you - why are you with him?. He may be "pretty good" (hmm) with your children but that's no firm reason to have him around. He's acting like an arse with you. If you are finding it intolerable then you are right to be thinking this. He's just showing you a complete lack of respect.

You should consider this following point as well:- What are you teaching your children about relationships if he acts like this and you put up with it?.

I would have dumped him. Honestly. That's not just annoying, it's f*cking ridiculously immature.

Sorry, but that would have driven me so far round the twist I'd have chucked him after telling him to grow up.

The licking face thing - is he 12?!

Jackstini · 27/01/2006 14:35

Throwing Cadubry's cream eggs at your face?
This guy is just a completely thoughtless idiot.
Show him this thread if you need to but his behaviour is completely unacceptable.

"Attn. Puddleduck's DP - you are an absolute twat & very lucky to have her at all. No other woman so far would even entertain the idea of being with you - grow up!!"

Get shot puddleduck, Sadeyedlady has a very good point. Your boys might start hiding their school friend's food in their mouths or honking the chests of girls at school thinking this behaviour is normal and it's not!!!!!

Why don't you grap his willy and say "ding dong"? Just to find out his reaction and then tell us!!!!

bobbybobbobbingalong · 28/01/2006 08:20

He sounds revolting - how many teenagers do you want to live with?
