I dont normally do celeb gossip and am no massive fan of Denise Welch or Loose Women but i think she is getting a really hard time in the press and the marriage break up seems to be completely being blamed on her.
First she was vilified in the press for having an affair and cheating on her husband.
Now its come out that they actually split before Christmas so she didnt actually cheat and she is STILL getting the blame.
I strongly suspect that her and her husbands marriage has been sexless for a long time. I could be massively off base and completely wrong of course but if the marriage was sexless at HIS instigation then why is it the woman who gets the blame. I am in a situation where my marriage is sexless by my DHs choice so i realise i could be projecting but fucking hell ive skimmed through quite a few posts on this on other forums and this possibility does not seem to have occured to even one poster which i find both astonishing and dismaying.

She has admitted before that she has had/has alcohol problems also depression.

OP, you are DEFINITELY projecting. Your marriage must be pretty miserable if your husband is deliberately not having sex with you. Sounds awful.

Yes, Denise Welch is an alcoholic and it's pretty clear when you watch how she behaves. I really like her though - there's a vulnerability about her that I find disarming.
