It seems to happen most, if not every, time we have sex.

DH and I don't do it a lot Sad but it feels like he is "off" with me the next day or later the same day if it is a morning shag. I woke up a bit gah but I have tried to keep it away and it seems like every time I speak to him he bites my head off. He has hugged me and apologised now but I feel used. Especially as he has total control of our sex life.

You say he has apologised? Did he explain why he is like this?

FeelingConfusedAndFedUp · 04/02/2012 15:56

He always says he isn't being off with me after sex but was snappy today as he felt I was pressuring him to do a job (I wasn't.)

How and why doe she have total control of your sex life? Sad Hmm

ColdTruth · 04/02/2012 18:05

She means that they only have sex when if is up for it because he has a lower sex drive (it seems).

ColdTruth · 04/02/2012 18:05

'when he is'

Charlotteperkins · 04/02/2012 18:12

He sounds like he really doesn't like you. How horrible.

What is the rest of your relationship like?

ValarMorghulis · 04/02/2012 18:14

I don't understand.

in what way is he "off" with you? And how does he control your sex life?

joomtape · 04/02/2012 22:02

If person A wants sex every night and person B wants it once a month, person B controls the sex life

AnyFucker · 04/02/2012 22:06

are you saying he treats you with contempt you after having sex with you ?

really ?

why are you with him ?

TheTruthNothingButTheTruth · 05/02/2012 03:40

I cant make out what the post is all about. "woke up a bit gah" ? Also if he has received sex from you, especially morning sex, shouldnt he be in an ecstatic mood ? Confused

SilentBoob · 05/02/2012 03:43

How do you "recieve sex from someone"?

Confused
HenriettaFarthingay · 05/02/2012 03:44

"received sex"? What on earth does that mean?

mathanxiety · 05/02/2012 03:57

This is how exH used to be with me. Snappy, irritable, critical. Turned out he liked gay porn.

Just saying...

WibblyBibble · 05/02/2012 17:17

My ex-husband used to do this. He also denied it. It was usually him who had asked for sex rather than me so it wasn't because I'd pressured him into it. I think it's because he felt like he didn't need to be nice as he didn't need sex from me any more for a bit. I don't think he likes gay porn (he has a girlfriend who is more tolerant of dickery than me now).

WibblyBibble · 05/02/2012 17:18

Though in that case it wasn't 'contempt', more just irritability and being a bit of an arsehole. Also I am aware that he didn't 'need' sex in the literal sense before anyone decides to explain that.

JeanBodel · 05/02/2012 17:24

People who have ishoos with sex can get like this. Sex can trigger negative emotions.

Does he have any sexual or intimacy ishoos?
