my ex has left loads of stuff in my house

he moved out 18 months ago but has moved in with his parents so left loads of his stuff here and I am absolutely pig sick of looking at it!

LEGALLY -can I get rid of it?

Tell him that if his belongings are not collected from your property within the next 7 days you'll have no alternative but to dispose of them as you see fit.

Best to notify him by email or letter - and keep a copy.
