Who do you want to say sorry to and why?

I was talking to my Sis yesterday who was telling me about a friend of hers that had a stupid argument with a friend that died a few days later in a multiple car accident and never got a chance to reconcile with them. She is pretty terminally sad about it. It got me thinking, I know some people are arseholes, and don't deserve any compassion, but isn't life too short to stay mad at someone for a stupid reason so Who would you like to say sorry to and why?

Come on release your demons or is there is no time for regrets?

If I could I'd say sorry to my dad for the night when I aged 10 said "I hate you and wish you were dead". He died that night :( Still haunts me nearly 30 years later.

My exH, although i'm glad the marrage is over and am very happy with my new life and family (ex and I had no children), I am sorry that I cheated and hurt him so much. I wish i was a stronger person at the time and had the courage to end things properly. He is a nice person and did not deserve it.

my ex boyfriends estranged wife, for the pain I played a part in causing, should have steered clear and lessons learnt for me, would love to be able to say sorry but wouldn't want to cause any more hurt. OMGwhat have I done, that is so so sad but all 10 yr olds say that kind of thing to their parents and they know they don't mean it.

omg - that is so sad, but as Kimberjam said, all kids say that stuff and all parents know they don't mean it.

Oh I know it is just what kids say, my eldest says it to me all the time! I just use it as a stick to beat myself with occasionally!
