I don't think for one minute he has cheated or it's a sti but I'm sure he has something.

Unsure of how to approach it because he gets hurt very easily.

Maybe tmi but there is a weird smell that comes from under his foreskin, sorry if I describe to much but if he wants oral sex I need to get in there 10 mins after a shower or else I would boak.

Even when giving him a hand job the smell wafts about and I even notice a weird smell coming from me after sex.

I'm sure he must clean right cause his hygeine is spot on in every other way.

It's not something I just suddenly noticed one day but also can't remember it always being there!

I've always thought it was maybe just normal for it to smell after a bit [sorry] but someone posted on here a few days ago about giving her dh a morning blow job and I thought there is no way her dh can have this problem!!

Any advice? Does it sound like a infection?

Most likely, it's thrush or some other yeast/bacterial overgrowth. Do you have any tenderness or itching?

These things can just develop out of the blue, so no one needs to feel they're being accused of infidelity, but you will both need treatment if there is something wrong as it will be transmitted through sex.

Alternatively, there may be other explanations. Diet can result in changes to the smell of urine and semen, which may account for this. Sometimes illnesses can too. Is he otherwise well?

If in doubt, gentle chat and down to the Dr. HTH

The most common cause of such smells is either a) poor hygiene, and/or b) thrush. If the former then he needs to clean under his foreskin every day. If the latter then Canestan will do the trick.

I don't have any itchiness, would it be possible for him to have thrush but not me.

He is totally oblivious to the smell which does not help.
