Happy stories wanted... About to get married for the 2nd time

Hello,

I'm getting married on Saturday, I'm very excited, very in love.

Please can you tell me your happy 2nd marriage stories please, not because I think this will fail, but because statistically 2nd marriages fail more than first ones.. And I want some positivity Smile xx

I'm on marriage number two. 7 years now, lasted 3 years longer than 1st marriage. I feel that I wasted 10 years of my life, dd1 aside, with my ex. DW is the one I should have found all those years ago.

It also gives you some insights on what you did wrong in 1st marriage and helps you avoid them.

27 years and still going strong

I was far too young the first time round, a teenager

My MIL is on her 2nd marriage around 40 years now
