arghhhh not sure if this is the right place but I need help....

Ds (11) and dh(40) have a disgusting habit of peeing on the toilet seats and not wiping them after so I go in and either remember to wipe or if it's middle of night end up sitting in it! Angry

I have tried asking nicely, I have shouted, I have even left post it notes but they still bloody do it!!!!

I have told ds if he can't pee properly he has to sit down to do it but still puddles! Both deny being responsible despite evidence and I am at my wits end....

Help?????

Custardo you are my god!!! Tomorrow I shall start my lectures!

On a plus side, the chore list is starting to work and dh is sort of cleaning the downstairs loo which I have renamed the boys loo, it's still not ideal and he had the cheek to say I dont clean the upstairs one until I pointed out the difference between the two and the fact that I 'swish and swipe' it every day!!

love custy's methods which i have used - but out new toilet seat will not stay up.

i have resigned myself to just wiping beforehand but am prone to panics when another female is visting and is not prepared.

Have you tried pointing them out that they will also be sitting in each other's wee as they have to sit at some point. You could always try dribbling a bit of water all around the seat after you have used it so they think they have sat in lots of wee themselves. Not just one drip - thay might not notice that.
