I am seriously just going to pack up and go to a hotel. I am not well and he won't leave me alone for 5 fucking minutes and now he has just announced that he has gone behind my back and phoned my CPN! All I want is to just lie down a rest for a while is that too much to ask!?

Fs, he does pull his weight. I guess I'm just feeling the effects of having 3 dc and 2 dsc. Sometimes it all gets a bit much and I crave some peace and time alone.

Thinking about the hotel idea I think I might book myself into a spa one weekend. Just me! God that would be heaven.

Memoo - do it - disappear for a weekend. I've been away for a few weekends and left DH and the kids to it and guess what - they manage!

The first time will feel a bit hairy because you'll worry about them all but subsequent trips are much easier and you come back refreshed and feeling far more 'up for it'.

It's never really occurred to me before to go away on my own and now I don't know why I didn't do it ages ago. It's a fab idea.

I'm glad you are feeling better.

It's hard when your routine gets thrown off course.

Damned DH's and their insitance on helping! Grin

Have a fab time when you go away, it'll do you the world of good. A real night or two off! Not just a night out and then home to the same routine.
