"safe relationships"? "safe friendships"? Looking for a book

I am sure that I have read on here about a book or set of rules or something similar about how to ensure that a firendship remains as a friendship and doesn't go any further.

Can anyone point me in teh right direction please?

Is it Not Just Friends by Shirley Glass?

that one deals with the behaviour which can lead to affairs, the aftermath if one happens and also how to make sure you don't leave yourself or your marriage open to one.

Don't know.

I think I saw on a thread someone recommending that there were a set of rules to maintain a "safe friendship"/"safe relationship".

I can't find the damned thread now...
