What is wrong with the actor who plays Sid?Is it likely to be terminal?

At least it wasn't a heart attack with Jolene in the shower

i did wonder about the bull... bet he's left it to jamie. after all jolene has done with the place.

I expect he hasn't made a will at all. So that means the inheritance gets divided up between Jamie, Lucy and Jolene I think? Jolene presumably owns half the pub in her own name already - so does she get a further 1/4 share and Jamie and Lucy split one - or will it go down to 3rds...I wonder if he had life insurance.

ooh i think Sid is quite careful. and Lucy is a bit of a madam so there are bound to be some fireworks. but maybe you're right, more jolene v lucy rather than jamie v jolene.

lillian still owns 50% or something doesn't she? so we're down to splitting what's left after that.

i reckon he would defo have life insurance. he was pretty fit - he did used to go to the gym (tho granted it was often an excuse to take a long shower with jolene..back in the day)

oh my goodness! I was going to post last week that The Archers is very dull ATM and it was about time that they had a good storyline. I didn't see this one coming at all. And there was me thinking that if they did for Brian then the inheritance would be interesting - didn't think of ditto for Sid.

Is Fallon going to find a sympathetic shoulder in the shape of Harry and end up doing something stupid? Jezzer will explode.

they're certainly setting harry and fallon up aren't they? is he too good to be true?! i don't get to listen every night so might have missed a clue to dastardlyness.

Think the actor who plays Sid has been quite ill, so that's why they've written him out.

I think Fallon will run the pub with Jolene...Lucy too far away in NZ to come back, maybe they will pay out her share to her? Not sure about Jamie though

I did wonder when Fallon said to Jolene 'its not as if I'm never going to see him again' but I didn't think they would do it...
