I don't know what it is about Radio 4 comedy but it's either brilliant or woefully, tragically bad. Heard something called Charlotte and Lillian this morning, which was similarly unamusing.

Heard the first episode, never again, utter tripe. the 6.30 slot is s not what it used to be.

It's not just you.
I lasted for about 10 minutes of the first episode and then gave up.

It's awful. As has been said the 6.30pm 'comedy' slot really is a major disappointment these days

Phew, that's a relief.

It was like something aimed at children and I don't think many of them would have laughed either.
