I like podcasts with women talking about films, so I thought I'd give this a go, and I've listened to the oldest three episodes (dated 2016-17). I expected a feminist slant given the title, but some of their conversation surprised me.
Especially on the Love Actually episode - they thought Emma Thompson was lame for separating from Alan Rickman when he didn't even bone his secretary, and said men can be excused for having a wandering eye because they are more visually stimulated (unlike us women who of course only use our eyes for changing nappies and making sandwiches). It was such a weird take.
Also they seem to think that a recurring joke about their producer needing to go and have a shit is hilarious. I'm bearing in mind that this content was from 2017 and presumably their content and format has got sharper since then. Anyone a fan?
