Is anyone listening to this? It's early days but I'm not loving it. I hate the intro with the bits from Prince Andrew and Trump speaking - we get it you're famous journos . And then they jump about far too much. They had GusO'Donnell on and he got hardly any time despite being very interesting.

They're maybe too "in the know" or something. Not sure three presenters works either.

The clips at the start are similar to the format they used on Americast, perhaps that's why they've done it like that?
It will be interesting to see how they focus the podcast, as similar ones often have a theme, eg Ukraine, Brexit, America, Covid etc. Will they just go for any news topic or mainly politics?

I did love Americast so I'm looking forward to tuning into this one regularly. I think the presenters work well together etc, and love Emily especially.

Yay! Another listener! I didn't listen to Americast so didn't realise that was the format. If I was their producer I would get rid of the intro.

I still think it's a bit try hard - the other day Emily said "what we're trying to do here..." imho if you need to explain you're not doing it right. It needs to be more seamless, less jumping about and a teeny bit less smug!

They are getting some super guests on tho. I don't listen everyday but it's a good length for a dog walk!!

Yeah I know what you mean re the smugness , but I'm willing to overlook it! Just wait till they start showing off their Latin.

It's good they've got some great guests lunes up, will be interested to hear their reactions to the Tory party conference too.
