Ooh murder, that could liven things up but agree Darrell is too wimpy.

It would be a great counter storyline to the Clarrie/Nic flower arranging and church attendance one, which is frankly completely odd...

Probably matt will call up one of his gardening mates from when he was inside to do the actual murdering but I can so imagine him getting Darryl in to do the patio work.

Just caught up. Episode was ok, more of an 'enabler'. The stage has been set. Although, where were Lillian/Paul/Matt/Angie?

Yes! Because Matt will somehow know about dog fighting Darren and will persuade him into going along with patioing Paul to avoid it All Coming Out.

My latest wrong as usual theory: Matt has organised a proper holiday to Turkey; is it a full fortnight? it's certainly more than a long weekend. As the date arrives he suddenly 'discovers' that he can't take time off. He persuades Lillian to go without him, knowing that she will take Paul instead (he will be easily convinced because he will be vulnerable as he is smarting over the wedding). Whilst the two are well out of the country, Matt will bring into place his master plan that involves financially ruining Paul because he knows that, the moment that the money dries up, Paul will lose his attraction to Lil.
Revenge is a dish best served cold. Mwah ha ha.

I wondered about the venue as well Pseudo It was in Watford wasn't it? because she was supposed to be seeing her son? I reckon Matt must have followed Lil (funny how she never noticed him Grin).

Nah R4 because she has a lot of money of her own I reckon she'll go off Paul as soon as the truth of his lying over the wedding comes out.

Yes, and then Paul will go totally off his trolley, declaring if he can't have her no-one else will and there will be a Dramatic Stand Off with a hostage situation in the love nest.

Matt will batter the door down with his golf clubs (Darrell will be his caddy). Matt will also batter Paul. Darrell will do a bit of patio-laying to hide the evidence.

Sorted.
