Clearly DS' baths have meant I've missed more than I realised. Last time I heard from these 2 they were at it like rabbits every time I turned the radio on. Now she's moving to Canada? How did that happen?

Yes, what is it about Jennifer that drives her three daughters to the far sides of the globe! Grin

HumphreyCobbler · 07/03/2013 12:51

Gosh! This has come as a surprise if so. They must have learned their lesson over the SATTC debacle.

PseudoBadger · 07/03/2013 13:05

Maybe they're not finished yet - Alice's route sounds very risky Wink

CuttedUpPear · 07/03/2013 19:11

They are going to dead him before Alice gets there.

See I told you the bad things always happen on a Thursday!

kohl · 07/03/2013 19:12

Oh shit. Listening now...I think he's on his way out...

CuttedUpPear · 07/03/2013 19:14

It will be a cliffhanger mark my words...dead or not, we won't find out til tomorrow

CuttedUpPear · 07/03/2013 19:16

Someone pass the gin. I'm exhausted.

Theas18 · 07/03/2013 19:17

Absolutely agree, working up to a weekend cliffhanger....
Tomorrow will be all about Alice, or possibly lama tb as an annoying aside.

kohl · 07/03/2013 19:17

Fuuuuck. "what the future might hold." Did anyone see this coming?

OldBeanbagz · 07/03/2013 19:18

Chris is a goner.

8 hour transfer in Amsterdam. The scriptwriters must be kidding.

MrsCampbellBlack · 07/03/2013 19:20

They do love their widows in TA don't they?

I really hope he pulls through

R4 · 07/03/2013 19:24

Returning to the theme of the SW not doing their research:
Don't you think that Shula and Lizzie's sisterly exchange of family news should have included at least a passing remark on Daniel's exam results that were out today?

I didn't see it coming at all. was snuggled up in bed listening on I player and actually jumped up when I realised what was unfolding Grin.
i hope they don't kill him off he always sounds rather nice compared to most if them, now if it was Tom, or Will, or even Alice I might think differently.

HumphreyCobbler · 07/03/2013 19:26

Oh dear Shock

felt really sorry for Susan and Neil. DH had to remind me it wasn't real.

Freddie is going to feel terrible if it was his fault for dropping the bucket.

Pollykitten · 07/03/2013 19:34

they'll turn it into a minute by minute race against time as to whether she gets there in time to day goodbye or not, I reckon... Neil and Susan made me cry :-(

Pollykitten · 07/03/2013 19:35

Good point waswondering Brian should so do that...

Tallgiraffe · 07/03/2013 19:43

Neil trying to keep his business going had me welling up. 8h in schipol, there are hundreds of flights in that time Confused

On an aside though, why does Freddie get everything? Surely Lily needs an inheritance too or is she supposed to marry well? Hmm

I was taken aback that they did this - but kill-off-nice-guy worked with Nigel, didn't it (though that was hugely trailed) Leaving a young, pregnant widow would certainly have masses of plot implications.

I think they intend to kill him off or perhaps leave him seriously disabled which highlights Alice's dilemma. I can't stand Alice (or Kate - spoilt brats). Perhaps, after a suitable period of mourning Alice could bog off to Vancouver with Will.iyum and leave us in peace WinkGrin Nic deserves better (a reformed Jazzer??)

WeightyKaty · 07/03/2013 19:54

I'm still in shock there is a new Clarrie!

HumphreyCobbler · 07/03/2013 19:58

the new Clarrie's dialect really grates on me

CuttedUpPear · 07/03/2013 20:03

Yes the new Clarrie (although I know she is really the old, original Clarrie) is a bit forward imo.
Goes about expressing opinions and everything. [hmph]

HearMyRoar · 07/03/2013 20:06

tall i assume lilly doesn't get anything because she is a girl. Nigel may have been all cuddly fun but when it comes to it he was landed aristocracy and so girls get sod all and like it. I wonder if that will be a future storyline though resulting in massive family rift and lilly becoming an ardent feminist :o

I also came on to comment on the ridiculous 8hr change over. She could probably get a train back in that time. Lucky for her she's an engineer and not a travel agent as I would not be impressed if she handed me that flight plan Hmm
