Daily mail changes crossword awful recommendations needed

I did a couple of crosswords every morning to get my brain moving. They've all gone the new system is awful I've given up. I used to buy crossword books but would prefer an online site. I don't want hard ones just a bit of fun. Any recommendations?

Have you tried other word puzzles like Blossom, Waffle word or Wordlinkle?
The Guardian crosswords are OK but different setters have different styles so they vary in difficulty.

You could try the Washington Post crossword. It starts easy and then gets progressively more difficult as you go through the week. I must admit to googling some of the more obscure references and the US spelling keeps me on my toes but they're fun to do.
