Tricky one today. I was stuck on 961 for nearly 100 guesses - most of my hits were 766 related. I can see the connection but definitely needed a change of direction to get to target!

@WhatICallMyUsername It is similar to a 999 but less formal. Begins with the same first letter as 986 and is the same length as 986.Third letter is the same as the fourth letter of 999
