@BasilParsley same here. 923 was my first high hit and I don’t see its relevance.

@InMySpareTime if you google "923 TARGET" you'll see why - it's a bit cringe-worthy!

That seems like a genuinely terrible combination of ideas. TARGET should never look like any kind of 299! Have these people never watched public information broadcasts?
