Probably because it's American based so won't recognise some English words/spellings. It also ignores some endings and plurals

Thanks @BasilParsley . The American slant is why some days are quite tricky too.

One of the words it doesn't recognise (this doesn't affect today's game), is 'media'.

or analogue, just tried it, and of course it does today! and some plurals, but not all!

Media is the plural of medium, even though we don’t use it that way anymore.
