Do you have a baby carrier car seat with a hood that detaches? I had britax rock-a-tot and the hood was perfect on the back seat....as i discovered after i had spent money on this and it broke

Thank you both. I looked at that one MNP but it's £40 and will only be used for a week or so, although I guess I would get some money back if I sold it on.

I've got the Maxi Cosi unfortunatly littleducks so the shade thing won't come off.
