Need an all terrain easily folded pushchair

For a 3.8 yr old.
To get on buses and to use over grass and gravel so needs to be all terrain, preferably with air tyres.
I need to get it through a small gate in the park so it has to fold easily and compactly.
I have to fold it to get on buses too so has to be light.
I am 5'8 so handle height needs to be at least 106 ish.
The Micralite Fastfold looked good but the handle are low.
Are there any solutions?

Well I have ordered a superlite so we will see.

Baby Jogger city classic - might be a tiny bit on the heavy side though? but adjustable handle, pneumatic wheels, one handed fold.

I think you will love the superlite - we loved our micralite (sold to raise money for bee+!)....

You should get the extendable handlebars if you find it low - or you kick the rear - because they make a huge difference - even makes steering easier - and they do adjust and tuck away for the purpose of folding the buggy small (I didn't realise that until after I got mine - and realised they were spring-loaded and are easy to put "goat horn style" - or "harley style" and then tuck away small if you nip in a shop).

I don't think 4 wheels are really all terrain tbh - would you not be better with a mountain buggy or similar?

Micralite superlite is a good compromise if you are using buses. It handles really well off road due to it being rear wheel drive. That is most of the weight is transferred onto the back wheels. Handles much better than you'd expect. If you get the atk wheels it takes it to being seriously off road. Will even handle a rough pebble beach with ease! I could take it up mountains even. Next best thing to a landrover with the all terrain kit wheels. Pretty darned good for your average off road stuff without.

I am going to try the superlite out. I feel slightly dubious that it will be able to go over uneven park path up and down hills and over the gravel but time will tell.
I will investigate the handle extenders but don't think I would go for all terrain kit as I do love swivel wheels.
Hopefully it will come monday or tuesday.

Hmm i used to lock the swivel wheels for rough ground. Works well as the weight is more over the rear wheels anyway. I used the swivel wheels for pavements and shops.

The superlite is here and in action. I can thoroughly recommend this pushchair. It is performing really well over the rougher ground with the wheels fixed.
The fold is great for the bus.
The handles are fine just slightly turned up for a bit of extra height.
The basket holds loads.
DD is very comfortable in it.

Hurrah! So glad it's working for you. I know it's prob not perfect - but they are a great compromise between some off-road needs and also public transport needs.
Those hammock seats do look funny if you're not used to them - but they are really comfy for kids - and I could sit my 6y old in our fastfold seat - so although they are shaped a little differently - they do still contain larger kids well. . It also made really light work of her weight (she's only 20kg)!
