What's the easiest way to fix a puncture on a Phil and Teds?

Got a puncture on my Vibe this morning, I have no slime or puncture repair kit. DO I have to have the slime or get a new inner tube?

Instructions are a bit vague, HELP?

My DP used a puncture repair kit on ours- all 3 tyres have punctured in the past!
Not sure about slime?! What's that?

Slime won't fix a puncture, just means you can still push pram till you can get it fixed. I've used a puncture repair kit - very easy to use. Don't think you'd need a new inner tube unless it's a really big puncture.
