Advice needed on a faulty pushchair?

Hi All

I'm just looking a bit of advice really.
I bought a M&P Joolz brand new in box from eBay about 4 months ago. So far it has been great but over the weekend it will not fold down.
I know M&P have a warranty included but does anyone know if this would apply to mine which was bought through eBay (it was just from an ordinary seller not a shop or anything).

I'm just wondering really if anybody has had to go back to M&P with something bought from eBay before and what their response was.

If you have the original receipt from new and the pushchair is still in warranty, then you can go back to the retailer or M&P. If it's just Ebay, then it's buyer beware.

If not, and you can see what the fault is, M&P have v good spares service and will post bits out for a reasonable price.
