Mothercare Mychoice 3-wheeler pushchair - any experience?

I'm thinking of getting the Mothercare Mychoice 3-wheeler pushchair, but I'm a bit worried about some reviews of Mothercare's poor customer service in case I had any issues.

Has anyone got or had one of these? What do you think?

Or does anyone know of another 3-wheeler with rear-facing option and pram/carrycot option that doesn't need adaptors to use the car seat with it?

I can see that, unless the adaptors can stay on the car seat, they'll be really fiddly for us as I use the car quite a bit and would want to swap from the car seat to the pram unit easily when I'm going to be out for longer, but would use the car seat for short trips.

Fwiw, we hardly ever use public transport, so that's not an issue for us at all

I have exactly that one and have used it non-stop for almost exactly a year. I like it in terms of the maxi-cosi fitting which I have used a lot. It does tend to jam a bit as the year has gone on. But in terms of usefulness fo getting sleeping baby out of a car and into supermarket, shops etc it is great.

I used the carry-cot a lot at the beginning too - though I wished it didn't 'collapse' when it was out of the frame.

I have not really used it as a pushchair (ie I always have the maxi-cosi in it) as it is really bulky in the car. Though the wheels are easy to get on and off.

My next step shortly will be to buy a very lightweight stroller as the Mychoice is just so heavy...
