where can i buy buggyboard attachers?

anyone know where i can buy the stuff i need to attach my buggyboard to a pushchair?
the buggyboard is old (about 5 yrs maybe)

hi i think ebay do them they are very easy up pavements it just lifts with the pushchair hope that helps a little x
