Have you ever had to claim for damage to a pushchair from a courier?

If so how long did it take to get sorted?

Have a claim ongoing at the moment and they have stated it could take 30 days or more to resolve!

I have submitted photos etc but the booking company is waiting for the actual courier to respond - any tips on how to hurry them up?

Am i just being impatient?

if its DHL dont waste your time, they will sort it eventually, but takes about a month.

How did you guess it was DHL?! Its just a tad frustrating that they stress the urgency of you supplying information but then don't do it themselves.

DHL = Drop, it Hide it, Lose it.
Not as bad as parcelfarce though.........
