How old were your dc when they outgrew a Cameleon?

I'm after a rear facer for my ds to help with his speech, and a cheap Cameleon is available locally. He's 22 months but still in 9-12 clothes so not tall. Will it be outgrown too quickly? Any better ideas for a rear facer for a toddler?

my DD is 4 in July. Her head just touches the top now. She is average height. You cant go wrong with a cameleon.
