What age to swap from Bassinet to stroller with Bugaboo Cameleon...?

I'm currently using my Bugaboo for my second child and can't really remember what the advice is for leaving them in the bassinet fitting - nor can I find the instructions!. My second DD is 15 weeks and seems keen to see what's going on around her when we're out and about - is this too young for the stroller fitting...?

think the official advice is 6 months - I had DS in the stroller at 4 and a half but he's a big lad.

As soon as she's got decent neck strength and is filling the bassinet it's time to change over. I'd hold out a wee bit as while the stroller reclines to flat, they're still in the sitting position and not lying flat, IYKWIM.
