Does anyone know where I can get my chameleon serviced?

I have a 2.5 year old Bugaboo Chameleon which has been sitting in our garage for the last 6 months (I have been using a buggy since the school run started).

Took it out yesterday and the two white 'buttons' on the side, which you press to adjust the position, appear to be stuck in so the seat is moving freely and will not stay on the different positions (if that makes sense!!?).

It clicks onto the base fully and comes off as it should.

Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone know anywhere in the south-east where I can get it serviced? Many thanks.

Mrsfred - I'm afraid I don't have any useful advice for you, but just wanted to tell you how big a double-take I did when reading your thread title - I thought it was in the Pets section, and had to have a second look to realise it was a pram issue, not a veterinary one.

Funnily enough, I did think that after I had posted - but then thought I was being silly/dirty minded!! Glad I'm not the only one .

you are no help at all! I may re-post in the the pets section just to see how many people I can cheer up!

Mrsfred, the white seat-adjuster buttons are faulty and need to be replaced (dodgy batch).

Take it back to the retailer you bought it from and they will contact Bugaboo who will send them a replacement set and then fit them for you.

They will need the serial number and date of purchase.
