We have just taken our Silvercross Dazzle back for the 3rd time for repairs, and a week later it's broken again!
It's a recurrent problem with the brakes. They get stuck on. They also go on randomly while walking down the road.
Also, the last time, the frame actually broke while the buggy was mid-way across the road!
And the second time it broke the wheel came off! I had to get the buggy home on 2 buses and a 10 minute walk on 3 wheels!
Is it just this buggy or are other people having the same problems? I'm going to demand a new one next week, I'm fed up with this, but I'm wondering if we need a completely different model.
I suspect the real problem is that it's not a very strong buggy and DS is very big for his age. It simply can't cope with his weight (he's been over 2 stone for ages). But it's meant to go up to 3 years old! So it should be able to cope.
