Someone is offering to give me a Mamas and Papas Pliko Switch. I am a first time london mom and need something light and easy from birth. I am not sure about this one, I have been leaning towards the bugaboo bee..

Do you like this Pliko Switch? Should I take it?

Does anyone have one and can tell me what they did or didnt like about it?

Please tell me your opinions...

I had a pliko and hated it, but only as my daughter got a bit older, found the handles flimsy an it was really hard to get up kerbs.

On the plus side a friend of mine just got the switch and really likesi beleive the seat can be parent facing.

The pilko is nice as a pramette for newborns tthough.

MMMM bugaboo

I'm on my third, have had several of the normal pliko's to. I have also had two bees. I hate the bee with a passion but seem to be the only person in the world to think this.

Switch is my leave in car pram as I like have dc RF until at least a year so it folds easily in one piece. Hard to steer though, near impossible one handed so a 10/11 month old would be a no-go.

If you need to go on buses, trains etc a lot I would think the bee would be perfect, so so so easy and light to push, one piece fold, RF as long as you are short will be fine. If you are tall like me you will feel ridiculous as if you are pushing a dollies pram
