Help - Mothercare My3 won't recline

I'm away on holidays so can't pop into shop. My baby is just now ready to sit up in pram but one of the round grey recline buttons on side will not push in. Hence the pram is lie flat only, not able to get baby to sit up.

I would appreciate any tips if this has happened to you.

you've now closed all the buckles into the seat position?
