From the pics it looks like this folds up with the seat fabric facing outwards. Quite unusual, does anyone find that this means the seating gets more dirty - eg if you are putting into the boot of the car with muddy shoes or something? Or laying it down on the drive whilst you open the car up?

Mine doesn't seem to get any dirtier than folding a pram the other way. It actually balances quite well on the handle bar/wheel if you need to open the boot first, or on its side.

Not really. You will appreciate the super fast easy fold. Your child will appreciate the roomy comfortable seat and extra large hood. I'm a huge fan of bj stuff. Really top quality so although not the cheapest in my opinion great value considering the build and design quality. I've the bjcm and the bjcelite for off road more rugged stuff. :-D
