P&T Sport - Buy new or second hand
Gangle · 13/02/2010 23:24
DS2 is due in 6 weeks so planning to get a P&T Sport. Happy to buy new especially as just got a bonus but friend of a friend has one she is selling for £150 so wondering whether I should make do with that. Is in fairly good condition though missing the instructions. Think it's a couple of years old. Does anyone know if the model has changed a lot in the last few years which would make it worthwhile getting a new one?

I bought one second hand off ebay 18 months ago. I just sold it for nearly what I paid for it. The Sport version is probaby a good bet. You won't need the istructions as there are plenty of websites like You Tube (Kiddicare) that have videos of how the fold, unfold, change positions etc.

Check the underseat basket/footwell is not damaged too much. I let my older ds go in the back as it was easier for him to get in and out when he wanted to walk and the weight of his feet made the basket sit lower to the floor. I had to replace it before I sold it at a cost of £25.
