P&Ts - sport or dash

Anyone got any views on this? I'm starting to get rather confused. There'll be an 18 month gap between DS1 and DS2, so we need something that'll last for quite a while.

The Vibe is the biggest so would last the longest, but also the heaviest, broadest and most expensive. I have one (also 18 month age gap) and it's fab, but I still hate it. PITA to fold and unfold, stupid break, no room for shopping or anything else, leaky wheels...

Anyway, a friend has a Sport and it does seem a bit less cumbersome.

I have had a sport but the brake is a nightmare when in the 2 toddler position. I also hated the fact that the zip also always broke however I think they have no rectified this.

I have just brought a dash as i am due in 2 weeks with DC2. I preferred it because the brake is on the handle and it is easier to fold than the sport. It is also more padded and therefore seemed more comfortable for them.

None of the P and T's have nay storage space though as the basket always becomes the footwell when in 2 toddler position.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your tips. It's looking like we'll go for the Dash.

In case anyone else looks at this and has the same idea as us - subscribe to Which? magazine website which reviews all P&T prams, note they only review them in single child mode meaning you have no idea which is better for two toddlers / babies with a small age gap.
