Well dh has been stupidly heavy handed and broken the bit of the pushchair that reclines the seat ! Grrrrr!!!!!

where can we get it fixed? The place we bought it says they don't fix brios. It was super expensive so need it repaired!

sorry i can't help you with repairs...but I have been trying to find someone who has this for a review...
Am considering buying one. Do you like it? Can you take a min and tell me the pros and cons...

oh i love it!

pro
easy to fold
easy to change from pram to car seat to forward to rear facing
roomy
sturdy
great suspension for bouncing to sleep
pram is proper lie flat so good for baby's back apparently
handle drops down when parking in tight spots
light to push
easy to steer up kerbs etc
reasonably light, especially when just lifting chassis

cons
pram is bulky
folds up pretty big - if don't take wheels off. takes up about 2/3 of space in boot of our golf, although can still fit a weekly shop around it.
actually the bulkiness is the worst bit. it's be perfect if it folded just a bit smaller.

will post again if i can get it repaired easily

The place where you bought it has to repair it, thats the law, they must be able to return it to the manufacturer for replacement, repairs or else refund your money as a pram should have a life span of at least 3 years.
Contact trading standards if you don't have any luck.

I took it in on thurs and they're getting in touch with brio to see if it's a new part or a whole new seat unit!!!
Thank goodness it's still under warrantee as a seat unit is about £200 iirc!
It's still useable so hopefully they'll get it sorted soon as I hate broken stuff!
