Does car seat fit on Britax Strider?

Does anyone know if the Britax baby car seat fits on the Britax Strider?

I don't think it does - none of the websites mention it and all say "suitable from 6 months" rather than suitable from birth.

Just that the frame looks exactly like the Vigour 3.
I believe Strider was made for Argos only, am I right? So wonder if that is why no mention of car seats.

Oh, I am not sure in that case, sorry. I would have thought that would be a selling point, though? Argos sell 2 Britax baby seats that I can see on their website.
