which change bag is best with a P&T sport?

I'm wondering if there is a change bag that fits well onto the P&T sport (clips on somehow etc).

I really don't want to use a rucksack on my back but equally don't want the bottom DC to get whacked in the head by my messenger style bag hung over the bars.

Any recommendations??

Use one of the 'blazing saddles' panniers is my only advice....or use a day sack (back pack).

Their side panniers are the best thing to use imho, as anything that hangs from the handle bar bashes the lower child on the head.

I did manage with a small-ish change bag iwth the straps pulled up very short but it wasn't ideal.

I think I'm going to have to have some sort of back pack but really don't want to. I can't imagine going into town with panniers on, I can barely get in some shops as it is in my singleton buggy!

I was hoping there might be something that clips on to the bars so it is high enough to bash bottom child - mind you, I probably would have seen them about on other peoples P&T I guess.

Ami Thanks for the link I've seen those but they are teeny, just enough to put car keys, mobile and maybe a small snack box or something. Its a shame because otherwise just what I want.

Maybe I should reconsider saddle bag/pannier? Just can't see how it would work out and about, in and out of doors, up aisles in shops etc.

I use a skip hop saddlebag for quick jaunts to hold a nappy or 2,wipes,juice,purse,iPhone and keys, for longer days out I use a skip hop duo bit I clip it onto the side like a large saddlebag.

Does anyone know if the base bag for the Vibe would fit the Sport?

1. Put all your stuff in the footwell. Lower child rests their feet on top/kicks it to pieces.

2. Wear a backpack

3. Hang a bag from handlebars on a long strap so it's behind the lower seat. Walk with arms stretched forwards (not great unless on level ground). Do NOT take the front child out with the bag in place!

I had one of the old Phil & Ted's backpacks with handlebar clips so at least you could vary what you did with it, depending on weight. Obviously with 2 children you have 2x as much clobber to carry around.

I'm having the same issue. Would love something stylish for my new P&T Sport but have a feeling I'll end up with a rucksac!

I used the bacpac (in fact I'm selling mine along with the p&t). It's quite a good bag, very sturdy & fairly comfortable to carry. It has velcro straps to attach it to the buggy so it doesn't swing over bottom dc's head.

Is that the P&T bacpac accessoriequeen? I looked at those but couldn't find any details on what sort of pockets it had insdie.

The one I had was - big main compartment, 2nd front compartment about 1/2 the size, pocket on the very front that zipped down with organiser bits inside it. Bottle pockets on the side, it had an insulated bottle holder but i never used that. And a separate little plastic pouch about the size of a pencil case, and a folding change mat. One of the compartments had a key clip and there was a mobile phone pouch on the strap.

You could cram a heckuva lot in it. It did us great, and at least doesn't look like a traditional baby bag.

Yes, just as blithe says! It's a bit boring ,but at least dp was happy to carry it as well

Yeah, I'd love a pink one but I'd end up being the only one who'd ever carry it.
