Please help me...

Got my Bee today and I can't get the seat to stay on...

Holding the seat uprit, am lining up the white prongs with the slots, sqeeze the back until it 'clicks' in. So far so good but then the little black side arms, one will line up with the 'cup' when you press the white button but the other is nowhere near and in comparison to the other one the arm is at a diff position but won't move. I've milion checked on instruction video and exdp is about to take a screwdriver to it but I've told him no as if he breaks it we are stuffed.

Please can anyone point out where we are going wrong???????

Are you sure the chassis is up properly? I only ask as mine wasnt and I had problems fixing the seat, lol! Can you see green bits at either side of the chassis?
