Is a maclaren easier to push than a pliko p3?

I've got a nearly 3year old DS and a battered, nearly 3 year old pliko p3 buggy, which feels like i'm pushing a tank when he's in in, so I have to make him get out and walk every few minutes. we still use a buggy for long trips, or in the evenings when he's tired, so I'm thinking of getting a maclaren quest, as I've heard they're going on sale. We've got another one on the way so it would be well used, the question is, is it actually easier to push or should I just wait until we have a new baby before buying it?

much easier. but the xt or xlr would be even better for a larger toddler i can push my 4yo in the xlr EASILY!

Goodness yes!! I've had all the Mac range and the Quest is my absolute favourite, even pushing a 4 year old is a dream!!

Owned a Pliko for a while too and I have to say it's probably one of the worst pushchairs to steer I've tried. I think you'd find anything better in comparison.

I second an xlr for more room though and easier to push. Hold their value too. But esp fab if you have another on the way. I perosnally prefer a pram BUT you can get the carrycots for newborns for the xlr's too now.

Oh an def easier than the pliko!!

I have a Pliko, a Maclaren Techno and the really lightweight McClaren buggy (can't remember model name). Both McClaren's infinitely more easy to fold and push, although the Pliko is a cosier winter buggy.
