Bugaboo wheeled board, how the hell to you fit it!!!!!

Can sumone pls help!!! I have the board and all the bits to go with it but can not get the jist of how to get it on the frame easily and when i hook it up with the cord the elastic just stretches and it still touches the floor. Plus do i need to adjust the suspension when using it as its quite hard to push like wobbly lol.

you need to follow the instructions exactly. Rest the pram on its side and you fit the board once the clips are on turned right back on itself; once it's in you rotate the board into position. Once you get used to it it becomes easy.
With the elastic it sounds like you have not tightened the toggle (on the mid bar of the chassis).
